- Propose and select treatment technology, modelling of water treatment technology;
- Design and total cost estimate for waterworks: pumping station, WTP, transmission and distribution networks;
- Consultancy for bidding documents, bid evaluation, construction supervision, constructed work evaluation;
- Commissioning, trial operation; project investment efficiency evaluation.
